I have used the creek pack for over 5 years all around the country and on road trips in Europe, it is by far the best climbing pack I had.
This pack is an all-around cragging pack but I will take it for sure for a longer expedition to Wadi rum because is a very durable pack.
It's driven from the famous BD haul bag made from the same durable fabric but has the features of a nice crag bag.
the harness is very comfortable with a wide hip belt and padded shoulder straps, I have hiked with it for long distances of up to an hour with 15 kg.
The creek has a simple yet effective design featuring two compartments, one large compartment and another smaller one.
the large compartment is top loading but has a zipper all the way, this comes in handy when you want to reach something at the bottom of the pack, so you don’t need to take all things out, a feature that I found very useful, it can fit 100m rope 20 quick draws, food, two jackets, rope bag, camera and you name it, never-ending space. The smaller compartment feature to zip pockets, I used for keys passport, and the thing I didn’t want to lose, also all other handy stuff like gloves, belay glasses, knee pads, first aid kit.
It has been a very rainy season here in Spain so I had the chance to check out the creek's durability in wet conditions. The creek is made out of waterproof fabric and has a nice rain cover on top, it held my stuff dry on the approach to El Pati, and Oliana with no problem in the pouring rain.
So the creek is my no.1 pack for traveling. Nothing can happen to it in those nasty airports when they treat your nice new pack like garbage, it is comfortable durable, and can pack nicely all your stuff for a long day at the crag
The creek comes in a few sizes: 20L, 35L, and 50L
